Purchase and Return Policies

Personalized Items:  All Sales are Final on personalized items so please place your order carefully.  Let us know if you have any questions when placing an order so it will turn out exactly as you wish.

Please make a note when ordering monogram items that a traditional monogram is placed in order of first name, last name and middle name.  For example- Emma Grace Smith would look like:  ESG

Non-personalized Items:  These items can be returned to Sorority Chick for a store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items:  These items must be reported immediately upon receipt to qualify for a replacement.
